
"Soul Power" is a documentary about an event in 1974 when the most celebrated American R & B artists came together with the most renowned musical groups in Africa for a three-night long concert in Zaire. The event was made possible by convincing boxing promoter Don King to combine the concert with "The Rumble in the Jungle", the epic fight between Muhammed Ali and George Foreman.
